Oli has been a well respected Business Development professional in the region for a number of years and joined the Carter Hones Associates family in 2023.

Having previously worked for one of the largest Architecture firms in the world and covering all sectors from Commercial offices to award winning hospitals Oli brings a wealth of experience in securing a vast array of  projects right across the GCC and beyond. Oli also spent a number of years working on the contractor side for a very prominent local family that usefully delivered fit out works for iconic hotels within the UAE.

This combination of having been on both the consultant and contractor side has not only helped Oli gain a great network across the region, it has also given an excellent understanding of processes and procedures that the whole project team go through in order to collectively pull together and successfully deliver a project from start to finish.

Oli enjoys spending weekends with the family and his 2 kids that keep him busy. He loves to play golf, paddle and get out on his bike whenever possible! He's an avid Norwich City fan too which often means he's in a bad mood on a Monday morning!
